1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The betgil platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are aged 21 years or older. betgil strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all accounts and game types. Underage gambling is prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational use only.
• You are not a person who has previously been self-excluded from betgil or from online gambling platforms generally.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion register or under a court order that restricts gambling activity.

betgil reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where the 21+ requirement cannot be verified will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be held pending review.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

To access betgil's full platform — including live casino, sports betting, slots, and Teen Patti — you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

betgil supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following Bangladesh-based mobile banking and payment services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All account balances are held and transacted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your betgil wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are typically processed the same evening.
• betgil does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside betgil's control.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your betgil account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• betgil reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected.

All financial transactions on the betgil platform are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. betgil does not store full payment account credentials on its servers.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

betgil offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Any bonus credited to an account where the age requirement is not met will be voided.

• betgil reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, VPN manipulation, or collusion — will be forfeited immediately.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the betgil platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the betgil system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player.
• betgil reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game or live betting session, betgil's recorded server data shall be the definitive source of truth for determining bet outcomes. betgil is not responsible for bets lost due to a player's own internet connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

11. Account Suspension and Termination

betgil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited.
